{MISSION STATEMENT}
You live in a culture that bombards you with messages about how you're supposed to look, what you should think and say, how you should act, and who you're supposed to be in order to be accepted and loved. Self-acceptance and self-love are treated like foreign concepts or new-age, touchy-feely gimmicks.
But it's your natural state to love and accept who you are. You're not born hating yourself. You learn it. Something outside of you teaches you that you're not worthy unless you meet the never-ending list of things you're supposed to think, feel, do, and be. You learn that you need to "earn" good enough.

Your culture has tricked you into believing that the title of "good enough" is theirs to bestow, but it's not. It came with you at birth. It's been yours all along. Through therapy services, online courses, YouTube videos, podcasts, self-help books, live presentations, workshops, retreats, and more, Embracing Authenticity is about remembering the truth of your "enoughness" and learning to live your life accordingly.

That's not to say we don't all have room for improvement. But living a life of Embracing Authenticity is about making those improvements lovingly and patiently instead of with disdain, self-hatred, and self-criticism.

No more chasing after impossible ideals you don't need to meet in order to be what you already are: Enough.

No more pretending, no more hiding, no more chasing perfection.

I'm on a quest to make the world a more authentic place, one awesome person at a time.

Starting with YOU...
Embracing Authenticity is a movement centered on the simple truth that you are enough. Right now. Today.
You are good enough.
